Quick answers
- Your workout videos never leave your phone. FormLens reads joint positions on the device and sends only those numbers for coaching — never the video, never a photo.
- Subscriptions are handled by Apple. Manage, cancel, or request a refund from your Apple ID settings or reportaproblem.apple.com (opens in new tab).
- Restore purchases from Settings → Upgrade to Pro (FormLens Pro if you subscribe) → Restore Purchases.
- Delete your account and server-stored data from Settings → Delete Account, at the bottom of Settings — no email needed.
- Analyses use the free credit once per calendar month; Pro removes the limit.
